This policy explains the information Bangkok Catchball Club uses to operate the site and its meetups.
Account and profile data
We process the account information supplied by your sign-in provider, your display name, profile photo, and account status to authenticate you and operate the community.
Meetup, payment, and attendance data
When you join a meetup, we process your booking status, waitlist position, payment deadline, uploaded payment proof, and check-in record. Your QR entry pass contains a short-lived booking token used only for attendance verification.
Where data is stored
Account, meetup, booking, and attendance records are processed through Supabase. Payment proofs are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket and are shown to you, the relevant host, and administrators through short-lived signed links.
What is visible to others
Meetup details are public. Your display name and profile photo may appear where member or host profiles are shown. Booking, payment proof, payment details, and attendance records are not public.
Cookies and local storage
Required browser storage keeps your signed-in session, language choice, and cookie preference working. We also store a single local flag after you dismiss the first-meetup guide so it does not open automatically again. This flag contains no booking or payment data.
Optional analytics
If you consent, Google Analytics 4 and Hotjar may measure site use. Their scripts are not loaded before consent. You can withdraw consent below; this removes the site’s analytics cookies from your browser.
Your choices
You can update your profile, cancel a booking where available, withdraw analytics consent, or ask about access to or deletion of your account data.
